A Restored 1890 Farmhouse

Five Acres Farms offers a timeless charm, with a host of amenities for those who want to disconnect yet who like their creature comforts and can’t be too far from WiFi.  The spacious Victorian dates from 1890 and has three floors, large living and kitchen/dining areas, five bedrooms and three full baths.

The house is situated in an area known as The Beechwoods just outside Callicoon, a 2 1/4-hour drive from New York City and 1/2 hour from Monticello.  It's delightfully remote yet conveniently close to supermarkets, farmers markets, restaurants and other attractions in Callicoon, Jeffersonville, Livingston Manor and Narrowsburg. We’re also only 15 minutes from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and a quick drive to departure points for kayaking or tubing on the Delaware River.
